Morgan Dionne

Managing Director, Co-Owner

Morgan is the Co-Owner and Managing Director of Speech Bubbles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Fraser Valley, with a dual major in Psychology and Philosophy, and returned to UFV in 2021 to complete the Applied Business Technology (ABT) program.

Morgan's path to Speech Bubbles was not entirely conventional. Before entering the field, she worked in a variety of industries and management roles and lived and worked across Canada. Her career eventually led her to working directly with children with diverse support needs, first as a Behaviour Interventionist and later as a Communication Health Assistant. Those experiences introduced her to a field she quickly became passionate about.

Today, Morgan leads the operational and organizational side of the clinic. Her role focuses on building the systems, services, policies, and team structures that allow Speech Bubbles' clinicians to provide thoughtful, individualized care while making the experience of accessing services as supportive and approachable as possible for families.

In February 2026, Morgan learned through an adulthood diagnosis that she is neurodivergent. The experience gave her an unexpected new perspective on both her personal life and the organization she had helped build. Things she had previously understood simply as the ways she learned, communicated, worked, or experienced the world could suddenly be viewed through a different lens. It also gave her an even greater appreciation for something that had already become central to Speech Bubbles: there is no single "right" way for a person to communicate, learn, connect, work, or succeed.

Morgan is particularly passionate about creating an organization where neurodivergence is understood as part of human diversity, where challenges can be supported without losing sight of strengths, and where children and adults alike are given the opportunity to better understand themselves.

When Morgan is not managing the clinic, she can usually be found experimenting with a new recipe, spending time with her cats, or planning her next trip.

Service Coordinator

Christina was born and raised in the Lower Mainland. She graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2022, with a Bachelor of Art degree in political science, and a minor in philosophy. Before joining the Speech Bubbles team in January 2025, Christina worked for over 9 years in customer service. She has always enjoyed working in a position that allows her to foster positive relationships and provide support.

As an administrative assistant, Christina is committed to helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who comes through our clinic doors, as well as aiding with any questions or concerns.

When not at work, Christina enjoys playing video games, being outdoors, or spending time with her cat, Oreo.
